1.3 Information from Partner Services
We receive limited information from platforms such as DaySmart (scheduling), payment processors, OSHA affiliates, or other verified partner organizations as needed to deliver your chosen services.

Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us at info@aviandrivingschool.com. Service-related notifications may still be sent when required.

- Affiliated Services: OSHA or partner programs only when necessary to fulfill your request.

Avian does not use recordings for advertising or public display. Access is restricted and recordings are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Avian may use AI tools to support operational tasks such as scheduling assistance, automated reminders, website chat features, analytics, or fraud detection. These tools assist our team but do not replace human decision-making.
- Only limited necessary data is processed by trusted AI providers.
- AI outputs are monitored for accuracy and used responsibly.
- AI is not used to make legal, disciplinary, or eligibility decisions about students.

8. Account, Booking & Payment Data
When you book through DaySmart or our website, certain information (name, schedule, contact info) is visible to authorized Avian staff to coordinate lessons. Payment information is handled exclusively by secure third-party processors. Avian never sees or stores full card numbers.

We may use tools such as:

- Heatmap or session analytics tools
